Helpdesk is the first point of contact for all technology related issues. We are committed to providing the highest level of support for faculty, staff and students. We offer 24/7 remote assistance, as well as dispatching the proper team for the on-site issues. Please choose one of the options below to submit a technology support request. Once the request is submitted, it will be automatically routed to the appropriate team. By submitting a ticket, you will be notified when a technician starts working on your request, you can also track progress and provide feedback.
