If you repeatedly end up back at the login screen when trying to log onto Canvas or other applications like student or web-based email, SIS or Student, Navigate, you are not alone. MCC is still experiencing Cache and Cookies problems.
To fix the error, please clear your cache and cookies for all time and you should be able to log back in.

Another helpful tip which many people now make use of is that most browsers also offer a private browsing mode and you can use that option; attempt to log in and see if that helps. The Private or Incognito browsing mode option is in the Options/Settings menu; it may be entitled “New Private Window”, “New InPrivate Window” or “New Incognito Window”. You can also try different internet browsers. Firefox, Chrome, Edge & Safari are all great browsers to use.
